• Answering enquiries and preparing quotes — basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
• Delivering and managing contracted services — basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b).
• Improving the site through analytics — basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a).
• Meeting legal obligations (e.g. tax) — basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).

4. Retention

We keep your data for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (e.g. commercial and tax obligations). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

When you contact us via WhatsApp, your message and number are processed through WhatsApp under its own policies. Our forms may prepare a WhatsApp message for you to send; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing team@lucidodigital.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
