Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Lucido Digital website and the services we provide. By engaging Lucido Digital ("we", "us") you ("the client") agree to these Terms. This is a general template and should be reviewed by your legal counsel.

1. Services

Lucido Digital provides design, engineering, AI, branding and marketing services as agreed in a written proposal, quote or statement of work. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each engagement are defined in that document, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this website (for example, “from” figures) are indicative starting points. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins, based on agreed scope. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced with an upfront deposit before work begins and the balance at agreed milestones or on delivery. Invoices are payable within the period stated. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to content, accounts, brand assets and feedback needed to deliver the work.
  • Ensure you own or are licensed to use any materials you supply to us.
  • Nominate a point of contact for approvals and decisions.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party assets, open-source components, and our pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain owned by their respective owners or by us and are licensed to you for use in the deliverables.

6. Portfolio rights

Unless you request otherwise in writing, Lucido Digital may showcase delivered work (including visuals and a description of the engagement) in its portfolio and marketing.

7. Warranties & liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only to perform the engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. On termination, you pay for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Questions? Email team@lucidodigital.com or message us on WhatsApp at +34 900 098 531.
